Will you please mail me instructions on how to find and photograph Snowy owls? Please be specific. I've been looking on top of posts, in trees, on barn roofs, in my car, under the couch cushions,...everywhere. I just can't seem to find any. If I were to believe your photo of the Snowy owl was real, and not photoshopped in, I would think that they are just walking around on top of the snow for the photo pickins, and we all know that ain't the case. So, please mail me some instructions along with an address where to send your one million dollar compensatory stipend.

An adolescent mute swan enjoys the unseasonably warm rays of the sun this morning. I would guess by spring this bird should be all white.

Ha!, Funny you say that. My first edit was tighter but I felt it needed more space. Perhaps it was too tight. Maybe I'll play with it later when I have some time. For now, it's off to work!
