I am somewhat sorry that I know it, but this is not a Geo Storm, I believe it is a Geo Metro.
I fixed it. I actually noticed that this morning. I drove a Geo once as a rental, and it was easily the most underpowered car I’ve ever experienced.

I once drove a neighbor's '60 VW and felt the same way.
I imagine driving one of these would elicit the same feeling.

I had a Citroen Ami 6 which is way slower, but it was fun to drive (like most 2CV based cars). Underpowered and fun to drive are not synonymous imho.
I do not always agree with Chris Harris, but he is spot on about 2CVs imho.
