I just couldn't edit this RAW file without falling apart at the single of touch... so I left it SOOC.

This side seemed to have worked better where I could get the stars and the shadows more reasonable lit (thanks to the shutter speed going down to 1/4 second and helped my Electronic Shutter on).

I had the chance to spend a few minutes at the St. Mary Magdalene Church in Taunton.

I always have had a fascination with the historical context of churches but in Europe, there are not a lot of them left from all the civil wars and wars.

I didn't hold the camera stable enough on this one so it has a bit of motion blur from the 1/8th sec. shutter speed.

I would love to photograph each section in high detail ... but why did the 21:9 format was invented 1.000 years ago? AND TikTok VERTICAL ORIENTATION?

Strange ornament for a church, I didn't expect eagles to have a religious symbol.

I think this is a typical "back-end" of an English church (this is the 4th church I have seen in the UK and they all look to be designed this way).

There were 2 of each of these statues on each side of the one above.

The characters in this one look a loooooot earlier than medieval knights, closer to the 10th or 11th century.

Very few things survived from the original church built around 1300, this pillar is very very old.

This looks more modern, Shakesperean style.

This is very impressive and I would be very interested in trying to recreate it in Minecraft.
