A mix of very high level Cirrocumulus Castellanus and Cirrocumulus Floccus, not varieties I have often seen. A little bit of low level Cumulus in the lower corners. Cirrus clouds form above 20,000 feet up to 40,000 feet and are the wispy clouds you might see on your flights when up at cruising level.
