A wild bed, the little Mrs has taken to plant flowers in the woods adjoining the house. Not formal beds but just flowers more or less dug into the soil, there and then. They are quite nice spots of colour on the borders of our garden.

Hi Rose, most likely. I went to the conservatory and it wasn't labelled. I just checked google and it's the closest I see. They are usually in a ball shape. And they come in many colours.

Just love that! Is it an hydrangea?

Looks very much like a hydrangea to me.
Acidity and alkalinity of the soil determines the colour in natural plants. Nature's litmus paper.

I'm having trouble choosing between which of these 3 to print:

I love this one for the beautiful seperation between the flower petals and the stems.

I love this one for the gorgeous dimensionality of the foreground and the background.

And I love this one for the simplicity of just one subject to focus one (instead of an entire bush).
