Dragonfly. It was sitting on that stick, then suddenly flew away and came back within seconds with the insect in its mouth. July, 2022.

[Edit] Just checked. Permian 'dragonflies' were not true dragonflies, which evolved after the Permian/Triassic extinction. Wingspan up to 750mm. See more here:
