Are you finding the Stevenson Trail has reasonable accommodations for a pilgrimage-style walk? How is the weather? How far are the daily hikes?View attachment 192542Looking back over Goudet - Chemin de Stevenson-2018-D2-22 by Andrew Priest, on Flickr
Modestine was reluctant to climb the 'interminable hill" out of Goudet and frankly we can relate her to point of view! In fairness to Modestine, by all reports she was seriously overload by Robert Louis Stevenson.
We paused on the climb to look back and take in the view of Goudet.

Our first sighting of Pradelles which was to turn out to the end point of walking for the day as Mademoiselle Anne's injuries just got to much. We eventually arranged for a taxi to take us the remaining few kilometres to Langogne to give Anne a chance at some recovery.

Plenty of accommodation options. We didn't camp rather stayed in gites and other budget accommodation. We averaged around 22 km a day, but it is really up to you.Are you finding the Stevenson Trail has reasonable accommodations for a pilgrimage-style walk? How is the weather?
