Taken on the Skokomish River above the falls near the Staircase Ranger Station. What I liked about these photos is they reminded me of bird or dinosaur fossils.

Taken with a Fujifilm XT2 and XF 60mm Macro. Also used a Godox Flash.

For something seen at the bottom of a small lake it did turn out as rather cosmic in nature. Could well be a shot of the Spongebob Squarepants Nebula in a far away galaxy...

Sometimes photography is an art of lying by exaggerating what is true.
