SHOW Paths, Tracks and Roads

To get the ball rolling this is an image I took from July 2004 with a Canon IXUS. We had climbed out of the Avon valley and where strolling out for a couple days of bushwalking in the Avon Valley National Park. This was one of the sections where we made use of a track.

Part of a 15+ mile hike along Glade Creek in southern WV, USA. I crossed this bridge on the outbound leg and again on the return leg.

My kind of place to be on an Autumn morning. The bike and I got a pretty good workout. There's a 7 mile loop that breaks from this path off into the woods and through some bogs.

Day 2: Esperance to Albany: The Unconventional Ride. 750 km in 10 days. At the eastern end of Barker Inlet Beach. Google Maps said there was a track here. I guess a rock fall is a track right? Well it worked out okay, I went down it, fingers crossed

Um, yeah. That looks like a spot I would have definitely walked the bike down. I guess I'm pretty conservative in my approach to riding. If a trail looks sketchy to me, I get off and push until I feel comfortable enough to hop back in the saddle.
