I took this a few years ago. I keep meaning to edit it properly (to remove those twigs at the bottom, for one thing) and to print it, but never quite get around to it.

Maybe I should crop it square, to leave the same gap above the tower and below its reflection? What do you think?

Nothing wrong with the twigs in my subjective opinion FWIW, I mean they were there after all and the scene would be captured as you saw it. Only keep them out if a square crop if your necessity. That's just me. By way of explanation, years ago, I was astonished by the (then new) HDR capabilities of software programs and edited the hell out of these type of images, now I'm the opposite.
 
A sensible suggestion from my other half: print both versions of the crop on our printer at home to see how we like the composition in each case. Then get the preferred version printed professionally.

I currently prefer the square crop idea, not least because I don't generally like square images, and this is an opportunity to print square for a change.
