I am no expert, but it looks like a real nice Shelby replica (and the only reason I say Replica is the Mustang badge on it which I assume, the original Shelby did not have, but maybe it did).

EDIT - a little bit of research shows they did have some Mustang emblems on them, so there is a good chance that is a real GT350
The badge next to the headlight states that it's actually a 289 cu.in., with a "go faster" decal ...

Or maybe it really has had a 350 cu.in. dropped into it.

I hired a 302 cu.in. version when I was in the USA in 1968/9.
