That is a proper Cadillac car. Complete with the requisite tail fins.

I believe she was incorrect in calling it a '57 model. I think it's a '59 as a '57 would have had single headlights not the quads shown on that car. The 'A' pillar sweep reminds me of the same pillar on our old family '59 Pontiac wagon, the only new car my folks ever bought.

Yes, though the little jewels on the tip of each tail light isn't a stock item. The originals were solid red bullets.

1959 was the only year the lights were in the middle of the fin, in 1958 they were lower as the fin was not symmetrical. He is right.
