The working part of the seaside. Here are crates for catch stacked by Bornstein's, a wholesaler and processor. These would have had shrimp in them as that is what I see being offloaded into their plant.

Not quite seaside but close. This is upriver from Astoria, OR, to the Astoria Anchorage where ships await orders to go upstream and load cargo. Longview for timber products and Kalama for agricultural products. And then downstream and out into the Pacific and to the world. This is taken with my trusty M-9 and very possibly a Cooke Amotal. A very nice combo.
From the Astoria West Mooring Basin. I swing by it almost always on Thursday evenings on the way home. The drydock followed by some nets on the departing Arctic Ram.
