Show "Signs"

All who support this opinion are welcome to start teaching. It's usually those people who don't even manage to cope with their own kids, who have never tried to practise any kind of education / parenting, and expect the teachers to cope with their ill-mannered offspring.

That's what my "angry" reaction was about - fine image of something decidedly annoying to me, especially when seen in a country like Germany where teachers are under-appreciated by many (politicians, too). It's a little different here in Switzerland, but not different enough to feel entirely satisfactory, either ...

Anyway, let's not dwell on it too much - this is a "Show" thread, we're already stretching the limitations regarding comments here ... sorry about that, everyone.

All our shops are decked out in Christmas decorations - are yours not?
I don't know, I don't go out shopping very much nowadays!
I buy most of what I need online. It's so convenient, mostly next day delivery, and it is so easy to return unwanted items. So much better than getting the car out, finding a parking spot that is convenient and doesn't cost the earth, then struggling through hoards of people. That is not for me anymore!
Did anyone say Bah, Humbug?

Yeah, "Bah, Humbug"

Only joking Charles, as I don't blame you.
Our small town (one main street) has lost most if its independent shops.
I think they had a Christmas Light switch on, but I don't go out in the dark, :D
so for present shopping I mostly go online.

We came across this sticker / sign during one of our strolls last week.

Research reveals that it's indicating it's on the route of the 'Heart of Wales' long distance footpath.
The 'Heart of Wales' railway line runs nearby and the sign represents the train travelling over the Cynghordy viaduct, an impressive sight in mid-Wales.
