That looks like some kind of Widow spider, Irene, so probably fairly poisonous.

Yes but we let them be and don't disturb them and let Nature get on with the natural balance

In general, I completely agree, mate.

However, accidental contact becomes very real when we share our environment with them.

A little boy died here a few months ago from a redback spider bite. First fatality here in some 40+ years.

Yeah... But that's in Australia where everything is poisonous
