This old IHC - Inernational Harvester Corporation - truck is up on blocks, no longer running - but it still has a rather imposing presence
Can't help thinking those headlights look like the staring eyes of a mechanical dinosaur
The International logo in the very front has a classical, modernistic/industrial design--
And how about that grill?
I imagine if trucks have souls, this one is dreaming of rolling down mile after mile over a lot of roads.

I posted a picture like this up above that I shot a couple of years ago. I was driving through the place where I shot it last week and thought I'd give it another try. The first one was just something I saw while I was shooting something else. Figured I'd try again with an idea of what I was looking for.
I think it turned out good. It's a good enough picture. But I think I like the urgency of the original better.
