Yeah, you can see it sticking up a bit in the back. I think it also eases entry/exit too.

Memories come to mind of when my bike handle bars would work loose and I'd turn them but the bike continued on straight ahead

On the road home, from Swan Hill to Melbourne, a B-double. These quite often have 3 or 4 trailers, in which case they are known as road trains.
