A very handsome motor, but what would you use it for?

There are people out there that would look at that seeing the black CA plate and wish they could buy it to preserve the patina of the paint while getting it mechanically perfect.This ancient GMC road warrior now sits abandoned along a highway in Medford, Oregon.
But it has a certain presence to it, and seemed to deserve multiple photos.

Knowing how primitively work vehicles of that period were built (like my 1968 Landcruiser ... ), it probably still works!No. No side view shots yet. But thanks for asking, it's making me think... I may have to go back and take some (if the truck is still there).
