It reminds me of John Ruskin's saying that there was only one finer view than looking down the river; and that was the one looking up!

Thanks very much, Brian. The Mawddach Trail from Panmaenpool Bridge to Barmouth is just beautiful.... and leads right to the Isis Café for a full English breakfast with black pudding! What's not to like.

I'm glad you found the Isis to your taste Colin.
It's our favourite too, though more often than not we pop in for lunch after cycling the trail from Dolgellau.

Pentax Q-S1 Panorama - not particularly great image quality wise (very grainy at ISO 400) but actually not bad in terms of getting a consistent exposure allowing for a nice DoubleTake stitch.
