Fuji Shutter count

I used a D700 for a few years before jumping on the XP1 when it was first released. I recall that there was a way to track the shutter count by using PREVIEW on my iMac. Does Fuji embed that data in its exit info? Is there a way to get at it?

This feature is currently only available in the X100S.

even in the exif data for my x100s photos, i'm not seeing a shutter count anywhere in the details. but like mentioned, you can get the count from within the x100s menu. it sucks though that it even counts each time an image is viewed since the leaf shutter shuts every time.

Telling the truth about actual shutter cycles is the real feature here. A shutter counter that miscounts cycles isn't really what most people want.
