There's a saying amongst motorcyclists that every rider needs to own a Moto Guzzi at least once in their life.
I reckon the same principle applies to photographers and Sigma Merrill sensors.

and a sooc jpeg ("vivid" picture mode) shot when i first arrived home. Of course, the jpegs are not what this camera is all about, but i was curious nonetheless. I suspect, looking at this , that i'll be shooting this camera with a little bit of negative exposure comp dialled in. Now, off to the horror show that is Sigma Photo Pro to see how best to process the XF3 files. Unlike the later quattro models, it looks like the Merrills cannot shoot in DNG.
