SiJ 2018 - Day One.

A bike at one of the local sport shops I've photographed a number of times over the years. The mix of light and shadows is caused by the sun shinning through a very large old maple tree across the street. X-E2, XF35mm f1.4, processed in LR "Classic" and Tonality. Oh and super cold out! A minus 20F when we got up this morning.

I was so inactive in photography in the second half of 2017, that I have forgotten a lot of my usual Photoshop workflow, as well as how to embed from Flickr. Need to get my chops back.

In any event, this was at Los Morrillos in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. Nikon Df and 15mm 2.8 Zeiss Distagon ZF.2.

Cheers,

Antonio

Day One - the wrong shoes

Looking at the delightfully muddy paths leading up to the common, my husband shook his head and sensibly said, “wrong shoes”. The shoes on my feet concurred. They liked being shiny and new. So my wrong shoes and I found ourselves chasing the puddles on the pavement with the LX100 for Day One.
