SiJY 2019 Outtakes

Day 9 outtakes. I was playing with close-ups and flares with the 20mm. This SiJy has really helped me kick-start my use of this lens. I can feel my brain starting to work again.
It's also gotten me out-of-bed at dawn. A 4-5 mile bike ride or walk to start the day is probably good for me. Shooting with a single focal length is definitely good for me.

I like the idea of the second one with the blue flares, the red in the middle and the sharp leaf. A bit of a mysterious look.

Shot with the HDR Tone filter. I really like the way this filter brings out texture in the floors but the walls and roof seem over-cooked and I hate the overblown halos it puts around certain areas...

Taken while the boys were “exploring” the coastal defences at Fort Pearce, just up the road... Mum was less than impressed when they finally built up the courage to show her the footage... :biggrin:
