In the small town where I live, Talent, Oregon, nearly a quarter of the town burned to the ground two years ago in an unforeseen and fast-moving wildfire. Among the homes and businesses that went up in smoke literally, was our local bicycle store. Thankfully, it has now been rebuilt and recently reopened and I took a bicycle down there today for a repair. The owner's van. a relatively ancient but very functional vehicle, was parked out in front... waiting to have its picture taken.

Day 25, catching up on posting. Traveled out of town over the weekend to a family event. Alas, I'd hoped to create some interesting images while away but ended up with a foot injury and didn't even leave the hotel for three days 
We had our dogs with us, though, and as always the younger one kept a watchful eye on the hood. The hood being the convention center below in this case.
