Day 23 Outtakes:
Two alternately processed versions of today's photo (of my ancient tiny Olympus camera).
The first in monochrome, processed with Nik's Silver Efex software--

Day 24 Outtakes
Two other shots of my breakfast - granola + marionberries - except these ones focus more on the marionberries than on the granola.

Truth be told, no matter which way one looks at them... they taste equally delicious.

Day 24 outtakes... The first one was the one I actually wanted to post for the main thread today, but I didn't pay any attention to the attachment I added to the thread... I blame sleep deprivation.

I could replace it, but... why bother? It's bedtime.

My favorite among your outtakes is the 3rd one, Andrew - the way the camera (and lens) renders those shadows - but also the detail within them - and the subtle gradation of tones - is very, very cool. Plus... I really like the image. Although, to be fair, the first one - with 'Hot Spiced Wine' in the shadows and 'Blue Heron' in the sunlight - is very interesting, as well.
