I cleared the huge pile of leaves from inside the fence yesterday. Overnight the wind and rain began depositing a new layer of leaves from several very large trees just outside the fence that like to release their leaves slowly all winter. My last "autumn" cleanup is usually in early March.

Our dog Rocky and cat Molly. We had them cremated after they passed away, but did not bury Rocky's ashes until Molly passed away 10 months later. The day I picked up Molly's ashes we had a brief memorial ceremony and buried them together. Rocky grew up around Molly, and she enjoyed teasing him. I have an image somewhere of them cuddled up with our cat Oliver. We thought it fitting to bury them together.
