A day at the beach...

Had to go into town doing some errands and managed to wrangle out a couple of hours at the beach. Brought the SiS camera as well as the EM-5MkIII with the pair of f:4 Pro and had a field day! The Beaches of Oslo off season has been on my list of possibilities for quite a while, and today seems to be a good start as I has also possibilities for shooting at the Oslo fjord Thurs-Saturday as well as probably Monday and Tuesday next week. Lets see how this fare! :drinks:

Another tripod shot today but this one was using a wireless remote and a remote off-camera flash (MF-12). The picture on the main screen has been occupying me for quite some time now and still going - I think it is taking shape but I worry about investing lots of time on something that turns out to be a dud. The building in the picture is "The Wave" in Sheffield, that I photographed a couple of weeks back.

The Birdcage is one of the few original buildings left standing on Allen Street, some were rebuilt after fires, others were replaced with a new business.

If you are offended by old west sins and violence, be aware Tombstone has a colorful and violent history. That said, info on the Bird Cage here: Tombstone AZ The Bird Cage Theater

We did the "spooky" night time tour of the Bird Cage Theatre earlier this year.

Cool. See any ghosts?

Haven't done that. Might be doing the daytime self-tour this month.
LOL no, best to do the day tour. If ghosts are there I don't think they would care if it was day or night! The night time one is a lot of sitting around in the dark. Atmospheric I guess if you believe in ghosts but really nothing to see if you don't. Interesting to tour at your own pace during the day though. At least they keep the lights on then and photos are allowed. I hear the Good Enough Mine Tour is really good. We've ran out of time both times we've stayed in Tombstone but it's still on our to do list. The gun show at the Ok Corral never disappoints and they really don't mind posing/getting into character for photographs.
