Single In Single in September (SiS) 2023 - day 5

LOL so far this month has been progressing nothing like I had envisioned. Spent all afternoon on the phone instead of heading over to Tombstone. Tomorrow I get to hang around all day for prescription med delivery, can't leave the stuff out in the heat. Rest of the week has temps back in the upper 90s, might hit 100 again Saturday, might not be out much until the heat drops a bit again next Tuesday.

Anywhos. The "want" referenced in the pile of household stuff on day 1, will be watching this to clear my head this evening. Not a planned shot.

I posted a photo of this old abandoned shed in a Single-In challenge a couple of years ago - I believe with an M10 and a CV Nokton 35/1.4. The building is located on the far corner of some family property, in a small wood next to a stream. It's a kind of creepy place. There are animal burrows of some sort underneath, and I always expect to meet a squatter when I approach (it's not locked, but that's never happened). I was there this afternoon, and I enjoyed the late-afternoon sunlight on the faded siding and filthy window. The building's only current occupant is a 40 year-old or so John Deere snow blower - the huge kind with "tank treads" (not sure what else to call them), not wheels. So...deja vu all over again, though at 105mm this time.

You'll enjoy it - it really is the best Star Trek in a long time. I've just finished season 2 and I want season 3 to start NOW.

Thanks, enjoying it so far. Much better than Discovery IMHO, and what little bit of the first couple seasons of Picard I've seen.
