Willie Wagtail....... (I think) (SOOC)
Today wasn't a successful day at all for photography. - Too many conflicting things to sort out. While walking around on a letter box drop, I noticed a little Willie Wagtail flittering about. I wondered how close I could get, while mentally cursing myself for not having the 100-400 with me.... Or even the 12-100 would have been better.
This was the closest I could get before the little birdie lost patience with me and flew off.

Lovely, if steaming hot, day today, so thought I'd get out, let my skin get some vitamin D and generally let the sun take care of the cold and it largely worked, now 70% over it I reckon. And going past the Millenium Footbridge made it an easy grab for today's entry.

SIS day 7 A visit by Pierce and her mom.
Sues friend Sharon called by today with her dog Pierce for a visit and bought us coffee and a muffin which was most welcome. Pierce did her usual "lie down and relax" thing which gives me time to get a picture for the day.
