Before I went out on this Day 26, I was curious to see what a 3 megapickle camera like this can achieve with out of focus areas or indeed if it can do that at all. It's not really going to be achieved through macro mode as the camera sticks to the widest angle of the zoom when implementing that. So zooming to longest focal length and using the corny old clothes peg scenario, this is the result.

I have to give it to you, mate. None of your images so far has been yelling out "shot with an old digital camera". I think that says something about your competence. Maybe speaks volumes, even.

The Manasquan Reservoir has been a go to spot for me since I got back into photography a few years ago, yet I saw something new yesterday. With a steady wind blowing in the same direction for the last few days sand was moved and pushed to the edge in a small version of what one would see at the beach.
I had inadvertently switched the camera to black and white here. It was so cloudy, misty, and gloomy that I didn't immensely notice.

Day 27 outtakes. Again choosing this days participant was a bit of a coin toss. Surprising, since I had an extremely lazy day today. Seems that vacuuming six pints of beer a night is something that I'm getting a little bit too old for.

A couple from the Victoria & Albert Museum today, I would have been happy enough for any of these to be today's entry and they're probably better images than the one chosen, well no actually they are better, but the one I chose today was never not going to be the final one.
