My 94yr old mother recently moved to an assisted living community. She suffers memory loss from vascular dementia and we moved her to this organization with specialized care. She is still adjusting to the change, but here I roused her to smile with my camera. We had a great visit sharing with her family photos from better days.

Went to the Jack O' Lantern Spooktacular at the local Zoo. The X30 is unfortunately not up to the task for all the displays; for that I brought the XT-10 and the see in the dark 56/1.2. But for grab shots like this where flash is absolutely a requirement, the X30 gets it done.
