Day 2 - Ross Fountain

In the morning I barely catch a glimpse of the fountain through the trees as my train draws into Waverley. It’s recently been refurbished at a cost of £1.9 million yet still the water doesn’t flow through it. Today it is filled with workmen so I have to shoot up through the autumn leaves to avoid the workmen’s play appearing in my picture.

Absolutely knackered. Between moving to the new office, having to take care of team mates who didn't get the full transition briefing and running three meetings while escorting people in and out of my secured space, I was done at 1700H today. And it's supposed to be Employee Appreciation Week, with all sorts of down-time and fun activities. Uh huh. It was all I could to just sit down, have a bit of refreshment and check my favorite web site on my Pixelbook. At least the WiFi at work is unlimited and not content restricted - well I can get to my photo hobby sites anyway. Nice new break room too.
