I know this will take a little getting used to for the members who were only on Fuji X Spot. But, with the merger you will gain a new audience for your work. Also, there are a lot of different photo threads going here which we didn't have on X Spot. And there are fun challenges here to participate in. Once everyone gets settled in you are going to really enjoy the new site

Really, other than setting a new favorites page, there's not much downside to the merger. On the forums page there's a list that will take anyone directly to posts about the brand they prefer, if that's what they want. Almost nothing has been lost. But I encourage anyone who has been participating on only a brand-specific site to explore and meet new people. You'll find many of your old friends have been there for a while.

What was the username you lost? And which site were you on before the merger?
I thought it was this name "Slickrock", but otherwise was going by my email address, which wasn't recognized either. Hmm.. perhaps I'll do some searches, and see if I can find one of my old posts.

Update: The search worked.. did a password reset, but.. no idea of what email address it went to, lol Will have to check some tonight..

Let me know what your old name was now that you did the search and found it.

Im coming around to the new forum. I would like to see the Showcase threads placed into their own thread to clean up the forum some. Are there plains for subcategories, i.e. X-P2, X-T2, and so on?

Please this is just my personal observation.
The forum sub-forum "Fuji" doesn't seen to have the activity that the old Fuji forum "X-spot" had before the merger. Its my guess its because there isn't any sub-forums, i.e. X-T2, X-pro2, X-t20, and so on. I really liked the older forum and maybe thats because of the sub-forums. All I know for sure is that this new look isn't drawing me here like the older setup. There are some great people here and they do not seem to be posting like before. Could it be their not sure where to post?
I wish you luck as I know this isn't an easy process and remember there are a lot of people that don't want this forum to go away.
Thanks for listening.
