That has to hurt. Hopefully they have good insurance. Regardless, that drives up costs to the shop.

How sad,

It is even worse when they are a family run business rather than a chain with good backing.

I purchased a superb IIIf kit from them a month ago and their service was incredible (one of a dying trade of old style user photo shops with staff who know what they are talking about).

Good luck and hope some of it can be recovered intact.
