Not too shabby. Once the mot popular lens in the Sony ecosystem, may still be. Super sharp and priced affordably.

Excellent. I do miss that lens, it was my 2nd favourite lens in the Sony system (first one was 70-180mm f 2.8 VXD). I had the G2 of 28-75mm which was a little bit sharper and focused a tiny bit closer but OG is still an amazing lens and I would say a very strong competitor to Oly 12-40mm f 2.8 in every regard.
