I have been a faithful user of Capture One since 2003. The last version I bought was v.7, and haven't needed to upgrade until now. However, I recently bought an X-T20 and C1 does not recognize my RAW files. The oldest version they will upgrade is v.8. I'm not interested in spending $300 for the latest version, and I am not interested in subscribing to Lightroom. In fact, I'm not really interested in spending any money right now! So I'm interested in learning more about Fuji's in-camera RAW processing.

Is there a way to tether my camera to a computer so I can see on a big screen what I'm doing as I process files?

Meantime, I'm finding Fuji's jpegs to be really good and very usable.

You X-T20 has an HDMI port that will connect to any TV or monitor with an HDMI port. Once you press the preview button, the X-T20 sends the output to the TV or monitor instead of the LCD or EVF. I've been processing about 98% of the RAW files in my X-E2 or the X100T I recently sold, before downloading anything.
