I was wondering about that tower in your other shot, Matt.

Here, in Australia, we simply cannot continue to have two people living in a 400+ square metre house on a 600 square metre block of land.

The greater metropolitan areas of Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane are all 1,600+ square miles, bigger than some European countries ...
It's simply not sustainable.
In economic terms, it's called "capital widening", as against "capital deepening". Infrastructure costs alone are enormous for every kilometre/mile in diameter a city increases.

From where we are, it's at least an hour's drive in any direction before we leave the city and suburbs. In some directions, it's a two hour drive ... And that's using freeways!
