That's for certain, Pierre!
The 19th century French novelist Honoré de Balzac used a very apt expression to comment on this aspect of cemeteries (referring to the Germans especially): allotment garden culture. Nothing has changed ever since.
Mt Auburn Cem' - Cambridge MA, USA (not too far out of Boston). Probably the most beautiful resting place I have ever seen. If there was a waiting list I would put my name down for a spot!
