What a lunatic psychopath must one be to set fire several times in a house for hearing impaired people. First in a garage, then a clothes stand in the stairwell, in the last three weeks twice in a vacant apartment on the top floor. With people present in all the other flats of the house (always in the evening). Now the house is no longer habitable. It was supposed to be torn down and more room and comfort provided than in the old one within two years.
