I set up a 'studio' out in the garage and shot some pictures of the stations and water tower we have for the train set.

The back drop is a very old one I've had for ever, rolled up in the garage. This is actually the first time I've used it.

Are they all brass or copper? I don't think I've seen any before made entirely like that.
Yeah, I assume they're primarily constructed, or at least skinned, with brass sheet. Unfortunately, I don't know a lot about these; they're part of my father-in-law's estate. They appear to be hand-crafted...I can't imagine how many hours went into constructing these. Also, I believe that they're steam-powered.

I need to dive into some train forums and see what I can learn about them and what the market might be. Any tips on useful resources for researching these anyone cares to share would be appreciated.
