Ad, the location is Rittman, Ohio.....in the U.S.Can I ask where this is?
No, nothing familiar to my eyes. I just wanted to know if this was somewhere in the USA or somewhere else, mainly because of the overhead power lines.Ad, the location is Rittman, Ohio.....in the U.S.
It’s a fairly nondescript little town, so just curious as to why you wanted to know. Did something look familiar?
In The Netherlands you hardly ever will see overhead power lines; maybe in a few very remote areas but certainly not in even a small village. Similar in Belgium and Germany. In Spain I saw some in a small village near the city of Valencia; in Valencia itself not so much, don't recall really.Ah yes, overhead power lines. The bane of every photographer. They are all over the place here, even in very remote wooded areas. Is it different in other countries?
Power lines are not a problem in towns in the UK, but they follow me around whenever I want to take photos in the countryside.Ah yes, overhead power lines. The bane of every photographer. They are all over the place here, even in very remote wooded areas. Is it different in other countries?
Yep, like that.Yes, as Tony says, power lines are widespread in the U.S. Sometimes, you just have to embrace them and make them a prominent part of the composition.....
