This was taken for a photo seminar in which I participated some time ago. The assignment was to take a self portrait wrapped in paper or in a box. My avatar photo was taken during this shoot.

The photo does not fully comply with the guidelines of the Weekly Challenge (it was not shot with a compact camera), and should therefore not be considered for voting.

An over enthusiastic neighbour has started some DIY, (do it yourself), work - he does not realise his our strength

We are connected by the same wall - and to the unexpected surprise of all he "broke through" to us this morning, just in time for a coffee!!!!!

There must be more unexpected moments out there with you all who haven't entered your photographs. Unexpected can mean many different things - which is one of the reasons that I've enjoyed this challenge so much.

Kathy, just FYI, I redid my original photo this morning and have thus edited it...so you're not alone in changing your mind! I do it all the time.
