Et ceterum censeo: No pasarán.

Very very cool, Matt.
Listening to this reminded me of a track I really used to like, on a 1971 recording by Commander Cody and his Lost Planet Airmen - "Hot Rod Lincoln". If you take a listen, you'll know why--
The lead guitarist of Commander Cody was a semi-legendary string player, Bill Kirchen, whose nickname among musicians was Guitar Jedi.
In later years, he occasionally teamed up with another great guitarist, Redd Volkaert, both of them playing Telecasters (hence their nickname: 'the Titans of Telecaster'). And just for fun, here is a video of Kirchen & Volkaert performing the same song (Hot Rod Lincoln), nearly forty years later, at a folk/country music festival.
It's a rather long version because, halfway through, the two guitarists engage in what seems like an ad-libbed tribute to the guitar stylings and phrases of... well, of nearly every great blues, rock or country guitarist of the last half century or more. If you're fond of these multiple genres, it's rather entertaining.
