Side note: We like our coffee strong, and a drip maker will let the water run through the grounds too quickly. So I take the carafe out to engage the stopper valve in the cone and poor the first 1.5 cups of nearly boiling water directly over the grounds. After 5 minutes of brewing, we put the carafe back in and let the coffee drip through, then brew the rest of the pot as usual. It's sort of like combining French press and pour-over -- just a little extra oomph!
This is an awesome song and a rather wonderful performance, too.
You continue to broaden my musical horizons, Matt. I want to say thank you but those two words are merely the tip of the iceberg of my appreciations.
