I'll condense what I wrote in response to Bill's similar post over on PhotographersLounge: Not a bad list but, over the past couple of years, I have defaulted to leaving all interchangable-lens cameras home when I travel - meaning anything beyond a day trip or perhaps a weekend.
Right now, I tend to take my Olympus Stylus 1, Ricoh GR or Fuji XF1. But I'd also consider anything like the Panasonic LX100, FZ1000 or FZ200... any of the Sony RX100's or RX10... and, of course, any of the Fuji X100's.
