Mobile phone pic I sent my daughter today - it's a landmark rest spot on our daily neighbourhood walk,

Or, are they actually trying to kill each other? Trees are kind of territorial actually.

No, at this stage they are intertwined and each would not survive without the other. Both are big old trees and they grow on either side of a small gully flowing with water coming off Table Mountain after rain
