^^^^HAHA!
Yes Dave, Balboa park.I go there often.Between the museums, arboreum,Prado restaurant,Old Globe theater, succulent garden, and interesting people, It's just about the most photographical place here.
You're not too far away, you should go see the current photo exhibit at the Museum of Photographic Arts.Lot's of really large B/W prints by the actress Jessica Lange.Who knew she is an outstanding photographer.
Thanks for the tip David.
My favorite place in San Diego.
When I first moved to San Diego, way long time ago, was the first place I saw on way from airport to where I was staying in North Park.
It is a beautiful place.I don't know how long ago you lived there but North Park is a hip place to live now. Also South Park.Actually considering looking to move there in time.
Life in a strip 100 yards long by 12 yards wide. Might look run down and seedy.........closed and boarded up shops adding to sense of decay. But, these people who have had hard times are indomitable, friendly, inquisitive.......know each other by name.....watch for interlopers like me. Real people, a real community untarnished by the fake tanned, vajazzled & vapid TOWIE phenomenon.
