I've owned this little lens (for Fuji) since the summer. It is a fisheye but produces rectangular images on APS-C. The images it produces are what we in the UK would describe as "Marmite" which means people either like them or hate them :)

I've found that in the right circumstances it can produce really unique pictures - and some of the time it really isn't the right lens (I am thinking of a picture I took of a local churchyard where the distortion made it look like the ground had opened up and all the gravestones were falling into the hole).

I ended up at Sheffield Cathedral (in Yorkshire) and got a few interesting pictures where the wide angle and distortion helps give a feel for the space - this is one of them:

I am not sure I could shoot with one but fisheyes do produce some interesting images. I am not sure that is what I would call rectangular, though.

I think the graveyard shot mentioned could open some creative possibilities, especially around Halloween.
