Fuji Turning off sharpening for raw output in 100S and T1/T2

I have been reading up on post processing with the Nic Collection Sharpener Pro 3. The material I read suggests that to get the most out of Nic Sharpener Pro there should have been no prior sharpening in-camera or in the raw converter (Photoninja in my case) before conversion to tiff and subsequent use in Nic Sharpener Pro.
How do we turn off sharpening in-camera when shooting raw only?
For jpg output, is sharpening turned off at the zero (0) setting in the camera, or does it need to be set to the minus (-2) value?

For JPGs you can't turn sharpening off completely. 0 equals standard sharpening as defined by Fuji - minus equals lower than standard and plus equals higher than standard.
These settings does nothing to the raw file - but the default setting for your raw converter might do (but you can turn it off, if you wish).
