Just wanted to let people know that if you have Leica's Universal Polarizer and the 75 cron, the 135mm f3.4 adaptor is what you need for this lens (not the E49 adapter).
I have both adaptors, they came with my used polarizer, but I didn't realize the 135 adpator actually fits the 75 cron (the filter size isn't listed on the 135 adaptor). The E49 adapter will screw into the 75 cron but the retractable hood obstructs the polarizer screw from adequately affxing the polarizer to the adaptor. The 135 adaptor is designed so that there's more space between the adaptor and the retractable lens hood.
